“Graphicom is better than an Apple store. I have visited them multiple times for repairs on my MacBook Pro retina. My computer is covered under an extended AppleCare warranty and Graphicom is an Apple authorized service center. I have never purchased anything from Graphicom and never paid them anything for their services, I am reviewing them for their repair facilities. If you were to go to an Apple store for a repair (which I have done many times before) the steps you go through are this: 1) make an appointment with a genus once you discover the problem with your Apple product 2) wait for the appointment 3) discuss your problem with the genus 4) have them ship your product off their repair facility (one day) 5) have their repair facility make the necessary repairs (one day) 6) have them ship your product back to you (one day). This whole process takes at the very least 3 working days but usually takes about a week. Graphicom works differently. You can stop by whenever the problem occurs, they will order the necessary parts the same day you come in and get them the next day. In most cases they will be able to make the repairs the same day the part arrives and call you to come pick up that same day as well. I’ve had my display replaced by them with a turnaround time less than 24 hours. When I had my logic board replaced they needed another day or so to complete diagnostics.
