Make sure your 2012 MacBook Air is up to date to prevent data loss.

October 28, 2013 by Admin

Apple has discovered that a small percentage of flash storage drives in 2012 MacBook Air models have an issue that may result in data loss. This update tests your drive and, in the majority of cases, installs new firmware to resolve the issue. If your drive cannot be updated, Apple will replace it, free of charge.

To download the firmware update click here.

Graphicom can perform this repair for you in a very timely manner. In most cases on a day or two. There is no need to make an appointment. Just take your machine to your local Graphicom and we’ll take it from there.
